Worst hotel experience ever. Absolutely unacceptable and would never return. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The property was extremely dirty and poorly maintained from the moment I arrived. To make matters worse, there was no proper handicap access, which made getting around nearly impossible and unsafe. Also, my father fell from his walker due to not being spacious, and hit his head and bruised his right side. This later resulted in him going to the ER and had had a mini stroke. No compassion and nothing was done by staff to help assist in the situation. I originally booked for six nights but the conditions were so bad that I could only stay one night before checking out. The lack of cleanliness, accessibility, and basic care for guests is unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere, as it does not meet even the most basic standards of comfort or hospitality.”

The location has its plus and minuses, very close to beautiful San Pedro and close to the highway. But definitely not somewhere you want to be walking around with your family once it gets dark. But it was a great place to sleep in.
