Unsaubere Wohnung, keine Einführung - wer's braucht!

Leider wird eine detaillierte Bewertung nicht zugelassen. Deshalb in Kurzform: - die Wohnung war nicht gelüftet und schmutzig (verschimmelter Kaffeefilter in der Maschine...) - es war bei unserer Ankunft kein warmes Wasser dar (der Boiler war aus) - die Wohnung wurde erst auf Nachfrage am 3. Tag gereinigt - da die Alarmanlage im Sicherungskasten ausgeschaltet war, gingen einige Lampen und Steckdosen nicht (dies musste der Hausmeister erledigen) Wir würden nicht noch einmal buchen.

First of all, its a house safety policy to have the water heater off when no one is using the dorm, whenever they are turned on, the water heats at a normal rate. When it comes to the aparments facilities, any issue that you might have or have had, is addressed whenever advised. Warm sheets, cable tv, anything the guest needs to feel comfortable is provided. Its a pity you did not let us know about the light bulbs, we would have them for you ASAP. When it comes to cleaning, our reviews stand our reputation, and given you did not feel that comfortable at check in we sent a cleaner on our expense for your liking. Hopefully, if you decide to visit Montevideo once again we can accomodate your needs in an opportunistic manner. Best of our Regards.

We didn’t enjoy it

We didn’t like the house it is was cold and there was no heaters and the alarm system wasn’t working and they said that we broke it so they cut the money from the deposit

I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay in my property. Anyway, your comments warrant some clarification. My property offers airconditioning (hot/cold) throughout and I am pretty sure that it runs smoothly, but the aircons have to be turned on first to work, simply put.I would also like to make clear that the alarm system runs satifactorily,but I recall that you chose not to be briefed on how to activate it because you told us that the alarm system would no be used over your stay. Finally let me tell you that the portion of the security deposit deducted from your account was not related to the repair of the sensor of the alarm system- which by the way was found damaged- instead it was related to the replacement of two broken glasses covering two small tables. One more thing about the sensor; while the referred sensor was damaged, the whole alarm system could still have worked. Again, I need to be clear on my viewpoints giving that your comments might affect the image of my property. While I can understand that you might have had other reasons to dislike my property, I remain assured that none of the reasons posted by the guest are reasonable.
