Enjoy our lovely 5 acre wooded property totally fenced in with gate access offering a private swimming pond, sand volleyball, horse shoes, cornhole, ping pong, a pool table w/in The Manor, an outdoor covered stage, and plenty of shade for tables and social gatherings. The perfect property for your family reunion, personal celebrations, events, etc.

Lake ConRoy's Chickasaw is a mini resort to say the least! It's the perfect hang out for family and friends boasting three (3) accommodations on property with 6 bedrooms and a loft cubby, including 2 king beds, 6 queen beds, and more for a comfortable stay. With 6 bathrooms offering amenities like a jetted bathtub and showers, guests will feel pampered during their stay. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Montgomery, Lake Conroe, and our property has to offer.

Our main house, The Manor, comfortably sleeps and entertains up to 10 people with a pool table and darts just inside the front door leading to the kitchen area. The Manor also has two master bedrooms (Master 2 is ADA accessible), an open living space and kitchen area, a nice size front porch as well as a screened in back porch for enjoying morning coffee. The pool table also has table-top pieces in front bedroom closet for dining together, if that's your dining preference.

The West Wing at the Manor sleeps up to 6 guests with a full bathroom and kitchenette, plus a small dining table. However, please note the upstairs bedroom has two (2) queen beds with a queen sofa bed downstairs in the living area. Also note, you may request an interior access door between the West Wing and The Manor can be open / unlocked, but done upon request only.

Our Casita. sitting off in its own space on property, is more glamping-style sleeping up to 4 guests, but best suited for parents with one or two small children. We have one queen bed with the bathroom located w/in bedroom as well as a futon w/ a nice mattress within small kitchenette area.

The Manor home is also ADA accessible with ramp access on right side of home up onto the screened in back porch. The 2nd Master BR off the living room area in The Manor is ADA accessible sleeping quarters with a king bed and walk-in shower.

This property has ample seating areas and hanging-out space under shade tree canopies, plus a private swimming pond for all to enjoy, sand volleyball, a coral with two 100 lb tortoises to feed, a large fire pit just outside the West Wing and The Manor, plus a small fire pit next to The Casita, etc.

** Any additional visitors expected on property outside the 20 Guests paid for with your reservation must be disclosed and approved by owners prior to reserving the property preferably, but most definitely prior to arrival as Additional Guest Fees and/or Event Fees do apply.
** Be sure to read all pre-arrival Guest Communications as House Rules and our Additional Guest Policy is clearly reiterated regarding any potential Events you may be planning during your as house rules, insurance, and fees do apply. Full transparency for your intention to utilize our beautiful property during your stay is expected to help ensure your stay with us is a pleasant experience for all to enjoy.
** There is a one time Pet Fee of $50 PER PET, to be paid with your reservation or prior to check-in. We do require pets to be placed in their kennel when left unattended, and that you bring a blanket or mat, if they will be on the furniture with you.
** Smoking is allowed in all outdoor areas ONLY. No smoking of any kind, including vapes is allowed within our homes.

*** Again, any and ALL Events, Social Gatherings, Dinner Parties, etc. MUST BE DISCLOSED prior to finalizing your reservation and/or arrival / check-in AND APPROVED by your Hosts as Additional Guest Fees and/or Event Fees do apply for any Guests expected on-site outside the up to 20 Guests paid for with your reservation. This property's Additional Guest Policy and Event Policy is STRICTLY ENFORCED. Any people found on property during your stay outside the up to 20 Guests paid for with your reservation will be asked to vacate the property immediately. Your Hosts, Roy and Kelly, do live nearby and closely monitor their larger properties along with their Management Team. ***
