CHARMANT HOTEL MAIS ATTENTION AUX TRAVAUX

Il s'agissait de faire une halte entre Atlanta et Pensacola FL. L'hotel par lui même est charmant, le problème est qu Hotels.com ne nous a jamais dit qu'il était en travaux. Pas de réception, pas de salle de sport, pas de salle de petit déjeuner. Il n'est pas normal de payer un tarif habituel si nous n'avons pas les prestations adéquates. Sinon, chambre spacieuse, très bonne literie avec un lit king size, oreillers confortables. Pas vraiment de salle de bain, un lavabo dans la chambre et une minuscule pièce avec les toilettes et une douche italienne très jolie avec de beaux matériaux. Préférez être à l'étage car l'insonorisation du sol n'est pas terrible et on entend facilement les pas des voisins du dessus. Cet hotel se trouve dans une zone commerciale à 10 mn en voiture deu centre de Montgomery. Le personnel est sympathique. Une fois les travaux terminés , ce sera un endroit idéal pour y passer une nuit.

The carpet was dirty and the caulk was black! The curtain had stains. The hotel was not to my standards.

It’s a little older facility that could use a new upgrade.. when you walk in the room is has a little musky smell to it… rooms are very spacious, bed are super comfy… nobody replaced coffee/creamers or bought new fresh towels. Area outside is a bit run down… but hotel is close to the interstate. Not too bad for the price you pay !

Utterly Dissatisfied

Hotel stay was horrible when I got to facility my hotel that was booked was no longer available and I was upgrade from king suite to 2 bedroom suite. Went to room to place belonging before heading out to festivities got back to room at eleven notice a couple flies.But was we got ready to lay down my kids spotted a cockroach.contacted front desk no answer ..tried to locate cockroach in process of looking we spotted dead and alive bugs around baseboards and on back of curtains I never seen anything like it before.I immediately checked my family belongings and loaded it and them in car.We went to hotel lobby to contact someone and it was completely empty. And that in itself was very unprofessional. This was my daughter sweet sixteen birthday and she brought a friend along to be completely embarrassed and had to go around to multiple hotels trying to get a room at almost 12am Sunday morning is sad. I looked at reviews on multiple site prior to picking hotel ,but this was completely unacceptable and for those bugs to be piled up dead and alive around floor boards and back of curtain, the room could have been tended to regularly I mean some of the bugs I never seen before. I left the keys on customer service desk with message still no call. Overall this was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel stay and I have stayed at hotels with a lower star rating and had a wonderful experience with cleaning and great customer service. This hotel does not deserve a 8.4 rating.

Caring Staff

It was a great experience. The staff on the day of check in was exceptional. Our room was on the 2nd floor and we had to use stairs, but my sister use a Walker and couldn’t do stairs The young lady was helpful and changed our room and got us a room on the ground floor that was flat and my sister could just walk in. She was a blessing. May God continue to Bless her in all she do. I’m not good with names but she work the 3p-11p shift on 3/14/24 @ the Sonesta ES Suites Montgomery. I remember her Asthma was acting up on her that day, but she said she still came to work. I could tell she work well with people and do her job well with taking care of Guests. So thank you for all you did to make our stay comfortable. I would recommend your hotel for anyone traveling to Montgomery and looking for a good hotel
