Room was not initially as expected. Was advised we would have a balcony and when it came to it, we had to speak to a manager to have the issue resolved. Breakfast was good, variety of food. Room was changed and it was clean.

Only good thing is the location, and the bathroom was perfectly acceptable BUT the furnishings in the room were torn and tired. The bed although comfortable was much smaller than any we have had during our travels in North America; and as for the lighting - what lighting? meaning the room looked dark and dingy at all times. Definitely better hotels in the area.

Front desk staff were very helpful in helping us plain our walking routes and restaurants. Room was clean and spacious. We weren't aware that housekeeping was only every 2 days. Not a big problem. Standard free breakfast buffet. Overall a great place to stay for a few days in Montreal.

Parking was good lift directly into reception. The breakfast area needs extending unable to find table one morning. You have to request cups etc for the kitchen in your room. The room we stayed in could have been cleaner and would benefit from an update.

The hotel location is great. Two blocks from Chinatown (great food there). Walkable to several Metros. The hotel has all basic amenities (I did not drive, so not using the parking access). Breakfast is great, many good choices, staff works hard to keep restocking the food.

Parking was safe but I did not expect that I would pay. When I checked the details it said there is a parking onsite and did not say we will pay otherwise we would not have booked it. Other hotels would have been better but when I saw that it had an online parking then I booked it. it. We could have booked a better hotel with lesser price with free parking. Not going back to this hotel

The room was dark and somewhat dirty. Splash marks on the wall, etc. It also smelled bad, like maybe smoking was allowed at some point, and a little like B.O. The kitchenette didn’t have anything to cook with, no plates or cups. Just empty cupboards, a appartement size fridge and a microwave. What is the point of this unit?
