We booked our reservation on Expedia 2 days prior but the staff couldn’t initially find us in their system. Luckily they were able to accommodate us and they were very helpful in the process. The property has been updated since we last stayed there in 2017 and looks very nice. The negative of this property is that the doors and walls seem thin so there is some noise from the hallway. Breakfast was ok but I did arrive right after a rush so there wasn’t much selection.

Employees need more training

Employees could use better training. The man at the desk gave us the wrong directions to the elevator and insisted it was just on the other side of the doorway, when in reality, it was down the opposite hallway. We asked in advance for a pet friendly double queen and the gut tried to put us in a queen single. No big deal, just need a little more customer practice.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was amazingly quiet and had such accommodating staff! We will definitely be staying here is we pass through again.

OMG!! The atrium ECHOS!

Somewhat biased as we were exhausted from a long drive. We had to wait for the ONLY staff person on duty at 7pm to finish a prolonged phone call with another client before we could check in. When we arrived at our room there were huge blowers and a damp carpet. We went to ask for a different room. The ONLY employee was on break. We had to wait for her to return. We got a room without issues. UNTIL the children started the early morning shrieking in the lovely atrium/breakfast room because the sound quality was great! What child could resist and what modern parent would intervene. We will look for other options in Moscow in the future.
