Bon hôtel

Hôtel sympa à Charleston. Un changement de chambre a été nécessaire car la première n’était pas propre (bureau non nettoyé, capsules de bière par terre...). Petit déjeuner super sympa en temps de covid.

When I arrived I was told the room I booked was no longer available because I used hotels.com . The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were beyond flat even doubled over. The shower water temperature was never above luke warm.

Subpar for Hilton hotel. Off to a bad start right away when the room had a bad odor. Keys didn't work. Waited for hours for them to be "reset." No blackout curtains which I usually have at Home2 Suites. Toilet seat broken and maintenance had to fix. Dishwasher leaked water all over the floor. Only saving grace was the kind and helpful staff. Won't stay here again. Not a happy Hilton customer this time.

Very nice stay. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was typical of the free breakfast you get. The room and the shower were great.
