Nothing special. Found all of the paper signs telling me what not to do very annoying. One sign telling me is plenty I didn’t need multiple signs

Be Cautious
Publié le 8 févr. 2024 sur HotelsHotel staff tried, but I got the feeling there wasn't much to work with. Beds were comfortable, though very tall (making it feel like you were dismounting a horse). Breakfast was not that great. Staff did accommodate our family when we needed to meet in the breakfast room outside of breakfast hours. Our family had three rooms, one of which didn't have hot water; front desk said: "that's too bad." Noticed that there was quite a sex and drugs party happening next to one of the rooms we had on the first floor; could smell meth and weed smoking throughout the first floor by room 127 or 125; in my past, that would have been fun, at this point in my life and in recovery, it was a trigger that I had to avoid. Overall, not a great experience.

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We do want to apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. We follow the guild lines set forth by our brand with respect to breakfast. We do wish you would have come down or called the front desk about the smoking and the party we could have knocked on doors and try to get a handle on those issues. The hot water issues we had no other complaints about the water not being hot. We do apologize if someone behind our front desk said that about the hot water issue we will get to the bottom of that comment. Chlorine burns from pool
Publié le 8 févr. 2024 sur HotelsMy grandkids and their friends got chlorine burns from all the chemicals in the water!!! Front desk didn’t even care! They were crying their little bodies were so red and burned! Won’t stay here again!!

Dear Kimberly,We are sorry to here that your grandchildren had a reaction to our pool. However the health department was here the day before your check in and our levels were at a normal levels. We are not sure what could have cause such a reaction. We have contacted our health department to come out and check those levels again. weekend stay

Perfect for a place to stay for the night. Great staff. The furnishings are a bit tired but acceptable. All in all, I expect to visit this property again without hesitation.
