I want to apologise for the neighbouring room's noise levels.We do have an after-hours line that our guests can call to report any noise complaints - we would have been more than happy to assist. Again, I do apologise about the noise during your recent stay and only hope that you did enjoy the wonderful room.We hope to see you again, hopefully, we can change that 3-star review to a 5-star.Kindest regards.

Although they are renovating, the staff were still very kind with their time and service Room was lovely, Free access to pay tv was a bonus

Nice room. Clean, Comfy bed. Friendly helpful staff. Even though under construction we still enjoyed our stay.

room is new and very clean with complete room facilities. Hotel was under construction but still able to check in with no hassles. would come back when hotel is completely renovated.

Disappointing!

It was disppointing, the full buiding site next to the Motel. The messages we got was that there are renovations to the pool, however it is cnstraction site of the ohter hotel clearly visible on the photo.Not quite sure why it is listed as a hotel? It is a motel and that is how it should be listed on your web site. No signs that it is Aden Hotel either, quite confusing good that we had an address.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We apologize that this place was not up to your standard, but can we talk about how you left the room on departure? The half-eaten croissant on the floor that didn't quite make it to the bin. All guests are aware of what the renovations look like and quite frankly we send messages, calls and emails to let guests know plus its on all websites. Please read the fine print.
