The hotel was a short walk to the train station, and was remarkably quiet when trains went past the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. There were several grocery stores near the hotel.

Terrible Experience!!

I am in the US Army. I recently came to Germany on PCS orders and I did not need a passport to enter country only my Military IDat Ramstein Airbase. When I checked in at the hotel I booked because of Oktoberfest I gave the guy at the counter my ID and he was surprised I didn’t have a passport I told him I was with US Army. He makes a copy of my ID and then I pay the 142 Euros. I go to room and few minutes later three German Police officer come knocking on my door. I was scared because I had nothing like that happen before I told the police the same thing I told the guy at the front desk and they left. I did not feel comfortable at the hotel and I request i get my refund and left hotel. Terrible customer service and communication.

European trip

We needed to stay somewhere close to my family we were driving all day .It was fantastic seemed to be a new establishment.We got there later but it was ok they left our key in the letterbox .Its right in the middle of the city .

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage. S-Bahn-Anschluss in der Nähe. Parkmöglichkeiten (Tiefgarage und Außenplätze) ausreichend. Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Zimmer ausreichend groß, gut möbliert. Großes Bett. Klimaanlage, sehr sauberes und geräumiges Bad. Getränke über Automaten. Kaffee am Nachmittag verfügbar.

Ottimo hotel , camera da 4 molto spaziosa, con due letti matrimoniali, due tavoli e bagno enorme. Possibilità di fare il caffè e tre bottigliette d’acqua e in omaggio. Attaccato un centro commerciale con negozi ristoranti e supermercati in cui poter prendere cibo a bassissimo prezzo. Attaccato alla metro S4, molto comodo per raggiungere Monaco. Consigliatissimo.fermata buchenau.
