Everything was great. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Only negative we were on the 2nd floor and the people on the 3rd floor arrived about midnight. Walked like they were 400 lbs.

When there are only 8 rooms rented for the night, it’d be great if I didn’t wake up to someone directly above me. Are you kidding me?! Don’t stack rooms up if you don’t HAVE to. Terrible customer service.

No coffee pot in room. It did have a refrigerator and a microwave. I did not think for 150.00 a night the room was that nice. The pool was freezing could not even get in. The ladder to the pool was rusty. Housekeeping knocking on my doorat 7:45 am.

I never saw a server in 3 days. Eggs were subpar. I was told Best Western took out all the coffee makers. The elevators had been out for a month according to desk clerk. No donuts.

Fix the elevator, ice machines on 2nd & 3rd floors. Clean the tub drain so water will flow faster down the drain than it comes from the shower head. Keep the breakfast options stocked atvall times.

Elevator don’t work rooms nor clean. We had three and they were all bad. Firstly underwear left on mine from previous and dried blood on sheets in one room. They smelled bad too.

Neighbors kept letting their kids beat on the walls for several hours throughout the day. Tub faucet was wobbly and didn't have much pressure for the shower. Otherwise it was great

The hotel was clean , good lighting in the parking area, breakfast was good. Employees were polite and helpful. Bed was wonderful . Rooms are showing some wear but is better than most hotels in Tahlequah. Lots of road construction going on close but was still pretty easy to get too. This was my second stay and I will be staying here again!

We stayed 2 nights for the bluegrass festival. Hotel was conveniently located for that. The room has a bit of a musty smell. The ventilation in the bathroom didn't seem to keep up when taking a shower and caused a lot of humidity in the room. There appeared to be mold above the shower wall. All the staff we encountered were very nice.

I’m in Tahlequah each year for the Cherokee National Holiday and I ALWAYS try to stay at this property. There are many others to choose from but this one is always the cleanest, staff is very gracious and I will continue to stay at this propert.
