In terms of cleanliness the place was clean I’ll give them that. In regard to every other aspect I do not recommend staying here. Spend the extra money to stay in a room where you’ll actually be able to get sleep. I stayed for 3 days while in town visiting family all three nights did not get sleep the last night I got 1 hr of sleep with a 12 hour drive ahead of me because the people in the room next to me were up all hours of the night talking and yelling extremely loud. You’d think like other places this place would say something when people are being too loud in a room and others are trying to get rest, but upon complaining staff could care less. I even thought it was sketchy how I arrived to town quite early I called and asked if it would be at all possible to check in early I was told that was fine but there would be a $50 check in early fee. I’ve never in my life ever heard of this. It’s normally of the room is ready then you can check in and if it’s not then you don’t get to check in yet. Well upon my arrival the girl at the front desk said yeah it’s gonna be $50 for the check in early fee she took my debit card took $100 for the “incidentals” which was fine but I found it extremely strange that the $50 “check in early fee” was never charged. Seems like someone was trying to make a quick buck. She even seemed annoyed that I had booked my room through a third party because I used Expedia. I will NEVER stay here again. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Great location for Tanger Outlet.

Across street from Tanger outlets. They used personal vehicles for barricade in parking lot so you had to enter and leave from one place. Overall room was filthy, smelled and was disappointing. Staff wasn't very helpful and not really interested in helping you. Wouldn't take much to bring this place back up but they are lacking care and pride in ownership.
