De acommodatie is zeer ruim en schitterend gelegen. Genoten van de rust en het mooie uitzicht. Het was de lange reis waard.

Neues und ruhiges Hotel im bergigen Hinterland von Nafpaktos. Gut geeignet für Ausflüge in die Umgebung und nach Thermos.

The reception is open in morning time.
It says if you get there after 23:00 you should call ... but there is no answer and the phone is dead!!!

First of all we would like to thank you for sharing your thoughts with us.
We are glad that you had chosen our Property for your stay in Platanos but we are sorry that you didn't make it to stay with us.
As far as we remember we have spoken with you or with the person who made the 2 reservations and we have discussed about the exact location of the Property. We have also informed you about the operation hours of the reception which are the same as published on our website.
Moreover, please note that we were expecting for you on this day and we were surprised that you didn't come. We believed that due to the strong rain and the fact that we are located on a mountain and on a high altitude you decided to stay in the area that you were staying when we talked on the telephone. We were at the reception and the telephone was operating normally, so we don't really know how it was not possible to call us.
Neverthless, we hope that this isolated incident will not prevent you from booking again one of our Rooms.
You are more than invited to contact us directly in case you will be in the area and we will offer you a free upgrade or a free breakfast.
Thank you once again for your review and for your preference to Spitakia Ifigenias.

Emplacement : It is a very secluded hotel in the middle of the mountains. The things to do are visit, walk and just relax in the town.
We stayed at this hotel for New Year's 2018 and the experience could not have been better. The food, service and room were excellent. They truly made us feel like family! Everyone in the hotel and town were very pleasant. The hotel even helped us with a flat tire. We had an amazing experience and the New Year's celebration was great! Very memorable.
