The first morning my girlfriend and daughter found a bed bug on the sheet of the bed. Also, a few chips fell on the ground the night before and there was a giant pile of ants swarming said chip....disgusting. We brought it to their attention, they refunded us our 2nd ngiht and we switched hotels

We booked a room with two Queen beds but got a Queen bed and Double Bed. The workers said they don’t have any rooms with two Queen beds despite the fact that they advertise two queens

This property is in an excellent location: easy to get to and lots of parking. We have stayed here before in previous years. It is quite basic, and though we were in a renovated suite, the bathroom had not been renovated and needed some TLC to deal with old caulking and slow toilet. The tiny fridge was very old and missing a shelf, but the bonus was it had a separate freezer. For a multiple day stay there was no house-keeping (to be expected) but we needed to ask for more coffee / cups etc. It is an old-fashioned motel, and was a good value for the high season. Be aware that the front desk is not occupied 24/7.

Extremely warm welcome from Allan, we reserved two rooms for our family trip. Rooms are clean and quaint. The street noise is a bit loud (but we are from the country so it may not be problematic for everyone).

Cleanest room and very tidy.

The cleanest room ive ever stayed in. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Parking was limited but seemed to be enough for all guest even at full capacity. Not in the "best part of town" but no issues from anyone around the area.

The hotel room was relatively clean, however there were some dirty marks on the walls in the bathroom behind the door that were not cleaned. The sink was also dirty and the A/C did not have a remote. The manager did bring a replacement remote when called. The outside lights along the upper floor did not turn off in the night, so it made it hard to sleep as it was too bright in the room even with the curtains fully closed.

There are no deadbolts on the doors. Just a flimsy knob that wouldnt be hard to get through. Apparently AC is only available for a couple of months even though our room was hot and muggy. Not impressed
