Very nice, the bed was comfy and clean and Olive Garden is literally on the other side of the entrance to the hotel which was a plus and we walked a few feet to get there. Staff was nice as well. The only thing I did wrong was not notice the beds were doubles. We prefer a queen and not sure they offer that or not but none the less it was a nice room and everything was appropriate for the price we paid for the night as we were passing through this area. Would stay here again!

I requested a immobilaty room and stated I wanted a walk in shower. I asked when checking in if room had a walkin shower. Was told she had no idea and no way to check. It did not and it was difficult for me to use but other than that visit was ok.

The front staff is amazing. Literally so nice. All the staff was amazing also. I think this is one of my favorites stays through Hotels.com. I've stayed at other high-priced places and this one by far beats them all!

We had a bad experience upon our late night arrival, there was a very sketchy man standing at the front door trying to talk to us and being VERY wierd asking us questions. We decided to check in and go to our room. We were thinking about switching hotels for the safety because of guy. But shortly the police arrived and took him away. Thankfull for the young lady at the front who called the authorities. After that everything was fine. Breakfast was good and lots of food available. Typical hotel food waffles, eggs, sausage, juice, fruit, and different breads, ect. Pool looked clean we didnt have a chance to swim but would have. They share a parking lot with Olive Garden, that was very convenient and delicious!
