The staff was lovely. The pillows and bedding were awful - we requested feather pillows but didn't receive them. The sheets felt like sand paper. The fridge door did not close properly and we had to dispose of two full meals, not to mention one dose of medication that needs proper refrigeration. The A/C sounded like hundreds of decibels. The hotel is dark and tired. We had to delay our stay by one night and was charged almost $100 more for the same room. Hard to imagine booking this hotel again - a shame since we go to Naples often.

The check-in person we had was not very friendly, but ALL other staff were absolutely wonderful and accommodating. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a step above what they referred to as a continental breakfast. Finally, the hotel was located within minutes of the beach, Tin City, and old town Naples. We highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is quite old and in need of maintenance. The shower in the bathroom is damaged, and the room has a very strong odor. Little lighting in the room, the extractor in the bathroom makes a horrible noise
