I stayed here over the weekend, and overall the experience was good, but definitely not what I expected for the price and the luxury vibe the hotel promotes. The rooms were okay, but they feel outdated and would really benefit from a remodel to match the hotel’s aesthetic. Another downside is the construction noise. Starting around 9 AM, you can hear work being done around the hotel, and even at the beach on the left side, there were workers and heavy machinery going on a Saturday midday, which was annoying when trying to relax. One thing I didn’t like was all the extra fees. At check-in, they let you know that pool access, beach access, towels, beach chairs, and even the umbrella at the beach cost extra. The umbrella alone was $19, and cabanas were an additional fee as well. It adds up quickly and should be more transparent beforehand. The shuttle that takes you from the hotel to the beach is convenient, and the bar and restaurant by the beach were very nice. We also used the spa, which is not included. The amenities were beautiful—sauna, steam room, jacuzzi—and we got a couple’s massage. It was good but nothing extraordinary. For breakfast, we chose the buffet and loved it. Great variety and the staff was very warm and welcoming. All the restaurants inside the hotel were truly excellent. Due to the construction, they did offer the option to switch to a villa farther away from the noise, which I appreciated. Overall, a nice stay, but with renovations and fewer surprise fe

We stayed at this hotel in Sept. and is was wonderful. Decided to go back for my birthday. Paid the same amount for the room but this time, they were doing renovations…at 8 am each morning we were woken by drilling etc. AND the water was shut down for several hours…of course right when i needed it at 1:30 AM. No warning on Hotels/Expedia. If i would have known i would not have stayed there and frankly…if you are going to shut the water off for hours, you should not have any guests. Shame on the hotel and Hotels/Expedia.com

Rooms were large, spacious and very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The parking options are excellent and the hotel enjoys a very good location in Naples very close to the beach. Service at times was slow and there was window replacement work ongoing at the time of our stay which resulted in consistent noise during the day which was unfortunate for us.

Amazing service, amazing views, amazing room, the room was clean, well attended and had everything we needed for our anniversary trip.. the restaurant had some of the best lobster rolls me and my boyfriend have tried !! Drinks by the pool were quick and delicious. Service was 10/10. Thank you to all the workers that worked November Thursday 13- Sunday 16 2025. You all were so nice, front desk, bar, pool bar, room cleaning, and restaurant. Thank you!
