The free breakfast starts at 7am so don't count on it as a business traveler if you have early meetings. The hotel was clean and well-appointed. I was put in a room around back from the conference rooms so request a room in the main part of the hotel if you can. The room had was wonderfully appointed, clean and easy to access but felt far from other guest and services.

I wasnt a big fan of the location of my room. It was down a weird hallway that didn't even seem to be part of the main hotel. The room itself was great -- spacious, clean and everything worked. I was disappointed in the free breakfast not starting until 7am as I had to leave the hotel at 6:30 to get to my business meetings on time in another city (Immokalee).

I was surprised the cleaning staff only made it to our room twice while we were there. We have been staying at The Hyatt every year and this is the first time we experienced this. Everything else was wonderful, as usual.

We have stayed at Hyatt House and love the hotel and location. My only complaint this time was with housekeeping. I had to ask for them to come and go find the cart for clean towels. They weren't consistent, forgetting to do some of the expected tasks. Other than that, it was a perfect stay & we'll definitely go back!

Two nights in a row, our AC on room 316 did not work. We spend the night without being able to sleep because the room was too hot, the floor hallway was cooler than our room. It was reported several times to front desk however they gave us the standard BS response about not being able to address it in a timely matter. They also expressed that because it was booked via a third-party Expedia, they couldn't give us any refund regarding the problem. It was a bad experience at night with two kids which is sad because we had an incredible weekend at Naples.
