We stayed here in Dec 2025. Property was beautiful and condo was clean and had all amenities needed. My only suggestion is to open the front desk earlier than 9am. It was hot and would have been great to sign out a bike before then and checking out would have been less rushed.

Located in a great complex. Units need some updating. Had difficulty connecting by phone but once reached front desk was helpful. Front desk closes at 6pm so need to arrange for late arrival

I have stayed here probably more than twenty times over the years. The location is 15 mins to Naples but in a immaculate golf based resort. Reception extremely helpful. Apartments are a great size big bathrooms and comfortable. Always 5 star. If you want to sleep late in the morning get a room with a lake view as they start preparing the golf course early, the views are worth it though.

Great property, subpar customer service

The grounds were amazing! Having an affordable suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths was perfect for my adult son and I for 5 days of beach hopping. The suite was very well stocked: extra blanket; toiletries, extra towels, and hair dryer; kitchen utensils, dishes, small appliances, and cookware; a back enclosed porch with table and chairs and ceiling fan was lovely. We were right next to the fountain, which sounded very relaxing in our suite. The washer and dryer in the kitchen area included one pack of laundry detergent, very helpful. The pool and spa were salt water instead of chlorine which was a pleasant surprise. However, the communication from the hotel to us as guests was seriously lacking. They didn’t tell us about the WiFi password or where to find it in our room. We had no idea that the pool towels were in our bathroom under the extra bath towels, so we had to go back to our room dripping wet. I discovered them later that day. I also could not figure out how to call the front desk for extra supplies or to get my shower fixed, which was either hot or cold (I did tell the front desk about this when I checked out.) So while the place was great, it felt like we were on our own to figure things out to make our stay more comfortable. I expect more when I’m paying for accommodations. An information sheet would be incredibly helpful at check-in.
