The shuttle bus is helpful. The food is limited (two of the three restaurants we couldn’t eat at because they required reservations and were full) and the one that was open was very pricey (7000 yen per person - or $60/person for a buffet). You need to request to have your room cleaned. We did not know that at first, so we asked the front desk for new sheets, but they were never delivered and our room was not cleaned. The sheets had stains on them which was alarming.

Airport shuttle was excellent. Bus to Aeon mall filled up quickly both ways. Check in was fast and they let us check in almost an hour early which was nice because it was hard to get there from the other side of Tokyo. All buses ran on time. Temperature was a bit hot but we were able to secure fans. Also the beds were really stiff and uncomfortable so get ready for that.

My go-to stay in Narita. It is the perfect place for a layover or short-term stay: clean, all the necessary amenities, on-site convenience store, well-stocked room, exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff, close to the airport, all at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended!

Large hotel complex with beautiful gardens.

A beautiful hotel grounds with nice gardens. I can tell this place caters mostly to large tour groups, but it was a fun place to stay for a night before departing from Narita.
