Great location
Great location you can walk to beach. This is a second floor apartment. Has laundry and a nice yard area. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it’s pretty bare bones. No BBQ tools, no lamps in any of bedrooms and blank walls. It could use a little more ambience and kitchen needs a deep clean. Queen bed needs to be replaced it’s quite sunken in middle . Property owner very responsive and kind. New bar/ open restaurant next door can be noisy as well as the pub two doors down, but if you’re young you might enjoy that. I’ve stayed in the one bedroom apartment downstairs which is newer and wish this one was decorated the same. But, you can’t beat the location and there are three bedrooms a full kitchen and laundry.

Depends on what you're looking for
The property is underwhelming. It was surface cleaned, but not deep cleaned. The furniture is torn & stained. They are building an outdoor shower, but there's no clothes line or anywhere to hang towels & wet beach gear. It is in a good location--easy walk to the town beach and surrounded by several casual eateries.
