The rooms were nice and clean.

Property and room was dirty inside and hallways stunk of marijuana! Would not recommend or stay again.

A new or newly renovated property. Very comfortable. Staff members Oaklyn and Mariel were very helpful. First time at an Avid hotel. Like the comfortable beds and hard surfaces for cleanliness. Breakfast options were grab & go, but were quality brand name items.

Everything was good and fine, but when I observed the room, the only thing was that they didn’t broom the room and didn’t clean the floor.
