Avis River cottage w/WiFi, screened-in porch, river views, enclosed yard, central AC

I would love to provide you with pictures I took. Black mold in the downstairs bathroom on the wall around the air vent, in the shower, on the back of the un-washable bathroom rug that had obviously never - or at least not for a very long time been cleaned. Strong musty smell in the house, 1 towel per person for a 5 day stay, 2 dishtowels, no access to a broom or cleaning supplies, no regular coffee pot. We had trouble with the keypad door lock and bathroom power and when maint. called he was not very nice about helping us. Woodwork around doors and handles was dirty and there were spots and stains- especially on the bathroom walls. Every closet and cabinet except I think two in the kitchen were locked with "PERSONAL" labels on them. Due to the black mold in the bathroom I don't think this property should have been rented out in this condition. We have stayed in many beautiful VRBO's in the past with friends and this is the first time I have made the arrangements. I was very disappointed and embarrassed that the friends we were with had to stay there. Please contact me and I will provide you with the pictures.
