The hotel is perfectly nice but it has no soul. We were especially bothered by the pictures of a fake country star all over. There are so many real people working incredibly hard and making wonderful music. Why would Hilton choose to create a fake persona to highlight instead of partnering with a real musician? because they don't really care and are run by soul less MBAs.

I love this hotel so much! From location, amenities, service, cleanliness, and aesthetic. I travel every month with my husband and this is by far my favorite hotel in the past year. Definitely will be staying here again when in Nashville. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel. Easy walk to Broadway. Walking back is just fine if you’re decent shape. I did not notice it was bad “uphill.” We got there early and valet parked and had a drink at the bar before our room was ready. Ate breakfast at Bluestone Lane inside the hotel and it was very very good!

Room was super clean, shower was hot enough to make my wife have to peel back on the heat, view of the city from 13th was fantastic. Parked at 5th and broadway deck. Valet was like $70 a night at the hotel.

Room was noisy from the air conditioner unit. The bathroom shower leaked out to the hallway. It was a handicap accessible shower. I didn’t ask for one just what was given. At check out I told them and they were very matter of fact with it and that’s it. I wouldn’t stay there again.
