Bof pour un 5*

3 nuits dans ce 5* qui nous a un peu déçu: la chambre est assez petite, notamment les lits. Le sable de la plage est propre devant l'hôtel mais rempli d'algues dès que la frontière de l'hôtel est dépassé. Le service est général n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 5* ! Autre point négatif: il faut mettre les enfants au "kid's club" pour pouvoir utiliser l'aire de jeux. La qualité du Wifi est indigne d'un 5*. Point positif: les superbes piscines, notamment celle des adultes (à débordement, vue sur la mer).

Hotel très bien placé mais service variable

Nous avons un sentiment partagé sur cet hôtel. Les points positifs sont la plage magnifique, un centre de plongée sous-marine avec un personnel très accueillant, le golf superbe et surtout le restaurant Navo aussi bien pour le petit déjeuner que le diner. Les points négatifs sont le peu d'amabilité de la moitié du personnel, le service de nettoyage de la chambre aléatoire, le restaurant buffet qui fait usine, le service concierge IHG aléatoire d'une personne à une autre.

Excellente situation belle chambre

Restauration bonne chef Francais Prix un peu excessif Chambre très bien mais sur lagon L'hôtel a 6 ans attention à la maintenance des lieux Les jardins de toute beaute Pas de Francais c'est très bien Que des australiens et asiatiques 6 Francais en 18 mois Nos rapports dans notre langue c'est le chef de cuisine Francais Merci à lui et bon vent

Un hôtel d'une qualité remarquable avec un personnel attentionné aux moindres détails. Les piscines sont superbes, les restos très biens et le golf un vrai plaisir. L'hôtel pourrait avoir un style un peu plus fidjien, c'est vraiment pour trouver un défaut ! Allez-y !

Amazing setting on the South Pacific with a beach that gets almost no use except for resort guests. You can do long beach walks when the tide isn't high and enjoy perfect sunsets while dining. The only complaint is that for longer stays, there are only 3 restaurants at the resort, with no real options off the property unless you drive a 1/2 hour. Of course, that's also a positive. There's very little commercial development anywhere near this place. They have wisely situated the family pool away from the ocean, and the adult infinity pool right next to the beach. There are plenty of cabanas scattered in the grassy area near the water for lazy afternoons. The rooms are lovely and the placement of lighting, etc. spot on. His & her sinks and closets a big bonus, too.

The Intercontinental was a great stay for us. The buildings and grounds are well cared for and seem to fit quite naturally into the surrounding area. Sometimes places can feel posh and overdone to a fault. The Intercontinental was not that. It’s simply a beautiful and relaxing place. The hospitality of the staff made the stay a delight. The food fit our hopes. I also hope that we’ll someday be able to return.

My stay was enjoyable because the resort was fantastic, the staff were friendly and helpful and the food was amazing. Idyllic location with a great beach and tranquil surroundings.
