Perfect cabin get-away in Buena Vista area
Publié le 30 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis the perfect place for a family vacation in the middle of the beautiful Collegiate peaks. The cabin was wonderful for large gatherings. We comfortably slept 9 adults with room for more. It was very clean and right in the middle of fishing, white water rafting, hiking trails and very close to snow skiing. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. The owner was so responsive with ideas for groceries, restaurants and hiking trails. We had a wonderful time.

The listing was a little misleading in the sense they said under amenities ….air conditioning… but only fresh mountain air; which was one reason we rented because of allergies.

Sweet stay

The bed arrangements weren’t great for our group (3 twins in one room and a double in a loft with no door), but we knew that when we booked it. Elizabeth was quick to reply to our questions and very helpful. The location along the creek is dreamy as is the screened in porch and games for kids. Some of the furniture is tired but overall a very cozy stay in a beautiful location. It feels like a home, not just a rental. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful Stay
Publié le 6 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe spent a long weekend at the cabin for our sons 40th birthday. It has everything we needed and more. The location is easy to get to. The cabin is immaculate and had plenty of room for the 12 of us - 8 adults, 4 kids. We have been going to Mt. Princeton for the last 40 plus years and this was by far our favorite stay. There is plenty of seating to accommodate everyone indoors and out. We loved having coffee by the creek in the morning, spending the day fishing in the creek and finishing the night up by the campfire roasting s'mores. The wrap around porch with the view of the Chalk Cliffs and Chalk Creek was truly a dream. Elizabeth was very responsive and very accommodating to our needs, we also give her 5 stars. The cabin is an amazing property for family pictures, we can't wait to put our photo books together for the family. Thank you for the wonderful stay, we will be back. Peace and Love, Bob and Janis

Family vacation
Publié le 21 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayThe cabin was well kept, spacious, and well stocked. The location was private but close to many activities. We loved the fire pit when it wasn't raining.
My son-in-law is a gourmet chef and found the kitchen very well set up for his creations. The kids loved the hikes, St Elmo, horseback riding, and the wildlife.
