Old and run down and not clean

Room was nasty. The bedding didnt look aa though it was washed in days..there was old milk date mar 23 still in the fridge, there were holes in the bathroom wall. The trash can outside the room door was overflowing with trash.we didnt stay checked out at 930pm which was my plan get someone cheap were we can freshing up before and after the safari zoo and head up. But this place is only good for that.

Property seems to be in various stages of improvement under new management/ownership.management
Our room was quickly upgraded to another room after reporting that we were having trouble with the TV and lighting. Helpful staff.

The property was in a horrible state of repair.Tv service was out and a 1.5 inch crack at the bottom of the main door..

Overall okay for one night ! The AC unit is quiet, the room has a reclining chair plus a desk with chair. The vanity is slow draining and the tub shows it’s age.

We stopped spur.of the moment off the side of road. Hubby felt drained. We checked in with no problems or advance notice. Room was clean and comfortable.

Utterly Disgusting
Publié le 5 janv. 2024 sur HotelsMy stay at the Relaxed Inn was horrible to say the least. The lack of upkeep on the property was utterly disgusting. With black mold all throughout the bathroom, or duct tape covering up major holes in the wall, my stay was extremely disappointing. I do not recommend staying here.

Publié le 1 déc. 2023 sur HotelsThe room was dusty. The toilet ran so we had to take lid off the tank and adjust the handle each time we flushed. The tv was broken. The guests next to us were loud. Definitely can make improvements
