Would be better if the owner wasn't so rude

I'm not a fussy customer being a backpacker for so many years you grow accustomed to hotels in all sorts of states. However, I had a particularly bad experience in this hotel. I came outside for a cigarette and was greeted by the hotel owner who instantly wanted to mark his territory, he told me he was the owner, gave me instrustions and proceeding to tell me that I'd booked for one person for the price i'd paid even though i had booked for 2 online. After spending an evening picking up my sister from the airport he had closed the gates which we had to climb over to get into the property. I found the hotel owner who then blamed me for not contacting him even though he never told us that the gates would shut and provided no mobile number. Overall the property was reasonable for the price I'd paid for 2 but do not expect a warm welcome.
