Avis Spacious dog-friendly home with high-speed WiFi, large firepit, & theater room

Enjoyable winter getaway. Very clean, easy check-in/out, felt secluded, but close enough to activities near by. I would consider staying here again in the future.

My husband and I loved this cabin and the beautiful property. All the unique details inside were cozy and warm, and the expansive windows made looking out through the trees at the deer passing by our favorite part. The icing on the cake was being able to bring our family dog with us - he also loved exploring the property. Vacasa property management was easy to communicate with and organized after the stay began; however, prior to check-in my experience with their customer service was disappointing. I tried to add an additional night to my stay a month prior and over the course of weeks I had multiple encounters with representatives who were rude, untruthful, and ineffective to the point I was unable to book the extra night. To be honest, I would be wary of booking a property managed by Vacasa again. The cabin was very clean and ready for our stay and after checking in everything went smoothly.

Cabin is very cute and roomy. We enjoyed the room to spread out, lots of places to sleep, and especially the theater room and the fire pit enclosure. Downsides were that there were things in need of repair- most notably the garbage disposal that was not working and was loaded with nasty smelly food. Also, the a/c was very loud for anyone sleeping on the 2nd floor. Once those things are attended to, it would be a great place to stay.
