The Inn was very clean, particular notice of snap off shower curtain for cleaning, grab bars, soaps etc and trash liners appreciated. The only negative was extraordinary heat coming

Good hotel not as great as first times we stood.
Publié le 18 févr. 2024 sur HotelsWe stay here often but will start looking for different hotel when we visit our daughter in college. The parking lot wasn’t cleared so one could park. And no welcome at all when we entered usually we atleast get a hello. Doors to room still have to make sure we pull shut. And this is a different room then usual so not sure why every room door has trouble. The bathrooms are good upto date with going green I guess you would say which is nice to see. And clean which is always great.

I am so sorry to hear of the inconveniences you faced while on property! Safety is taken very seriously here at the hotel and we would like all guests to feel happy and comfortable! We would never place someone in a non- securable room and I do apologize for you being made to feel that way. ): I would like you and all future guests to know that we are actively working on replacing all damaged doors. We hope to have a lot of them done by the summer. :) We appreciate your patience and understanding with us while we make the necessary changes to the property.
