The rooms were very spacious. It was handy to be able to cool off in the pool from a hot day of wandering around. Being only a block away from Bourbon Street, there were plenty of options for food and easy walking to many of the attractions. The area was nice and quiet.

We like this property because it is convenient, has kitchens has a pool, and it is clean. The staff is friendly. I do miss the old front desk but i like the new door locks.

Amazing little gem tucked away in a wonderful central location with beautiful history and spacious rooms . It was an incredible value for the price. Would definitely recommend for extended stay or just a quick overnight trip into the city .

We loved this property. The homey feel. Those who work in the front are always so friendly and with lots of recommendations. We loved our room the bed was extremely comfortable, extremely clean, did not bother us once that there is no daily house keeping. The hotel is key up extremely well. And this hotel is away from all the noise, yet minutes away from bourbon. We would go back to New Orleans just to stay here again.

The staff were all courteous and helpful. The room and property were both clean and well kept. The location was in walking distance from bars, restaurants and stores. The parking garage was close by asc well. We enjoyed our stay!

The front desk staff is amazing! They are so knowledgeable and gave us great options for places to eat. They watched our luggage at check in and check out so we could get our car and be right out front. Love the 24/7 pool & hot tub. The beds & pillows were so comfortable! This is a great place to stay and we’ll definitely be back!!

authentic french hotel

very charming and a great location - close to the french quarter action but not drowning in it (you can head down the quieter streets if you want a break from the craziness). if you're familiar with french hotels, you'll love it. if you expect an american hotel, you'll probably be confused.(i.e. no elevator, leave your key with the concierge, skinny doors). you can hear the calliope from the steamship on the patio but fortunately not in your room!

Not so much complaints but things to be aware of. The upper-level rooms have no elevator access. As to parking, you are on your own. Some of the public parking garages nearby are pricey. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we loved our stay and will go back again.

Grenoble House is a great place to stay in New Orleans. The suite was spacious and comfortable, with a full kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals when I didn’t feel like eating out. The location is convenient—right in the center, yet still quiet enough to relax. The staff was helpful and welcoming, which made the stay even better. The outdoor area with a swimming pool and hot tub was a nice bonus, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. With plenty of space and a cozy atmosphere, Grenoble House felt like a comfortable home base. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved this property! I have been to New Orleans many times, first time at Grenoble and would happily stay again. Beds were comfy, AC/heat worked properly and well (had to use both!), kitchen was well stocked with the essential dishware, water pressure in the shower was great, and everything was clean. For being so close to Bourbon Street, the property was also very quiet and had no issues with noise or sleeping. The suite itself was much bigger than the pictures showed and the hot tub was the perfect temperature. The staff was also wonderful and super friendly. Centrally located, within walking distance to everything in the French Quarter, while only being a 10-15 min drive to Magazine St and Marigny.

We had planned to stay for 3 days but due to a snow storm in new Orleans our flight was cancelled and we only made it for 1 day. They kindly credited us for the 2 days we missed. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. The amenities were great and with the full kitchen would have been really nice for an extended stay. location was great for getting around on foot.
