Bonticou View House w/indoor hot tub

Take a retreat at a private, family-friendly escape located in the heart of the Hudson Valley and Catskill region. The Bonticou View House is located at the foothills of the Mohonk Preserve. This 3 bedroom house with indoor jacuzzi has ample space to relax both indoors and out. Spend a day lounging around the house or get outside and enjoy the many hiking trails in the area. The property is centrally located just minutes to downtown New Paltz and 10 minutes to High Falls and Stone Ridge.

The house is filled with natural sunlight and the view from the floor to ceiling windows is spectacular. High speed internet, a printer and 2 desks allows for the perfect remote work space. You can settle in for an evening in front of the TV with a fire going in the wood burning stove or relax in the living room with a fire in the fire place. Serenity awaits in the indoor hot tub room with large windows looking out into the wilderness or use the private master bath featuring a jacuzzi tub.
Find peace and quiet sitting outside surrounded by the natural beauty and listen to the babbling stream that runs thru the property.

Hot tub. Showers are a must prior to use. No beverages, food, toys, lotions etc allowed in hot tub. We will deduct $200 from your security deposit if the hot tub requires additional cleaning on top of normal maintenance after your stay. Supervise children carefully. Shut off after use and do not let it run overnight.
Wood Stove: Please read the user manual prior to use or the house will fill up with smoke
Kitchen Stove- A new induction range was recently installed. Please handle with care. Instructions will be at the house- please read before use. Do not use any abrasive materials on surface and ensure bottom of pots and pans are clean before use.
Keys: There is a $30 fee for lost keys
Heat: No need to turn the heat above 74 degrees in any of the zones
Septic: All waste water goes into our septic system. Please do not put food or oil down drains or flush baby wipes or sanitary napkins. Those will clog the system causing expensive repairs.
Fire place: Ensure the flue is open before use. Keep the screen or the glass doors closed with burning a fire. Close flue once fire is completely out.
House manual: There will be a printed manual at the house for specifics about the house. Please review it upon arrival.
