Absolutely stellar place, owner is super cool & helpful, kitchen & dining area great. located 2 minute walk from PaknSave, 6 minutes from bicycle rental. Great value!

Walkable distance to Bowl of Brooklands was great. Close to supermarkets. Have stayed previously in a self contained unit, (which was good) but this time in the back packer side, Room was clean and airey, but the noise level was bad from other guests returning from concert and ,especially from 5 am with 2 or 3 groups leaving then, Ended up checking out at 6.30am too , Overall place was good but bathroom facilities for guests overdue for a upgrade, Would return again though.

The manager was incredibly rude immediately to us on arrival because we accidentally parked in his space. There were not enough toilets or bathrooms and we often had to wait. The whole place was a bit run down, ants in bedroom, cockroach in bathroom, webs on bedroom ceiling. No information given about kitchen closures and we were blindsided by that. Nice lounge area.

Older property with a few squeaky floorboards but was quiet overall. Big kitchen to use, was kept clean by users. Bathroom ok, brown toilet bowl was a concern. Good bed and clean bedroom. Well situated in town.
