It was noisy, parking in a gravel lot, the breakfast was fair at best, the bread products stale, eggs dry, oatmeal under cooked, no water. The staff was friendly.

The Hotel is closed and still taking reservations

Publié le 16 oct. 2023 sur HotelsPlease do not book a reservation at this hotel. The hotel is not open. We reserved a room for early October via Hotels.com, but when we arrived the facility was closed and no refund was offered. The hotel options in New Rochelle is limited so when we found out last minute the facility was closed, the nearest hotel availability was in Washington Heights. Suboptimal. Do yourself a favor and do not book this location.

We regret any difficulty this has caused. Due to problems in obtaining the city's license, the Holiday Inn Express had to postpone its launch.
