Personnel désagréable. Clef qui se démagnétisé tous les deux jours. Ascenseur que l on attend beaucoup. Salle de petit déjeuner de 50 personnes donc inutile de dire la galère pour avoir une table le matin. Seul point positif, proximité de Time Square. C est rout

Pour le prix (1200€ pour 5 jours), j'ai trouvé l'hotel relativement médiocre. Certes, il est très bien situé, mais les prestations sont très décevante : - Propreté : ca laisse à désirer. J'ai retrouvé plusieurs fois des cheveux dans ma baignoire. J'ai aussi eu la désagréable surprise de recevoir des serviettes sales, avec des traces de fond de teint (j'espère que c'était bien ça et pas autre chose). Ma poubelle a disparu pendant 24h... bref, à revoir ! - Le personnel n'est pas aimable : pas souriant, pas de bonjour ni de formule de politesse, aucun effort d'amabilité... très décevant. - L'état général de l'hotel laisse à désirer : parties communes peu entretenues et sales.

I pay two amout on my crédit card for the room, that a big mistake and the hostel don't pay back.... One over 1400$ and an other more than 1500$!! For 4 night ! The price was 1400 and they take two time the money on my crédit card ! I am so deception !!
