Winter Vacation

The house is even prettier in person than the listing. Everything you could possibly need was there and they had so many directions to help your stay be comfortable. The area is beautiful and calm but still has some good stores and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

Great getaway!

The location is beautiful. We had our privacy but there were still other houses on the street where this property is. My wife does not like when there is noone around. The house was very clean and modern, just the way we like it. Everything was functional. Andrea who is the property owner stayed in touch with us the entire time. She was so kind to order a safety gate for the stairs for our twin toddlers. She has done a fabulous job with the decorations. The place is very homely, inviting and rejuvanating. They have created this clearning of the ground in the backyard. I took long walks there and it was a very grounding experience. Would love to come back and stay there again! Thank you

Fantastic Stay! Great location, Great Place, Great Hosts

Cannot say enough about the house and the hosts. House was perfect for our stay. We were there for our son's graduation from West Point. We had family in from all over the country. It was great for everyone as a gathering place. In fact, we did not eat out one time although we had plans to. The house was so perfect for gathering, talking and spending time together that we just made impromptu meals there. The host Andrea was very responsive and attentive. I cannot say enough about her. We have now arrived back in California and upon reflecting on the graduation, the ceremonies and the trip, it was a truly special occasion and where we stayed was a big part of making it special.

Perfect!

This house is beautiful! Clean, comfortable and well stocked with just about everything you need, and things you didn’t realize you needed. Plenty of room for 6 adults. We were attending a wedding in Monroe, and the location was perfect. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

The property was absolutely clean and well stocked. It was well decorated and beds were comfortable and rooms very cozy. The listing was accurate and communication with the property manager, very, very good. Usually, the pictures are better than the property but not this case. We will be remember this home again for future rentals. Excellent.

Beautiful & Enjoyable Stay

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly like the photos and absolutely beautiful. I brought utensils thinking they may be needed - however the house was fully stocked with necessities. The rooms were spacious and homely and there were more than enough for everyone. Icing on the cake was it snowed on our last day. Beautiful scenery and home. We will absolutely be back for another stay.

House has everything you’ll need and more

We were thrilled to see the house was exactly as advertised. Everyone had their own space and bathrooms were great for sharing. The kitchen is brand new and has top of the line appliances. Three different coffee makers, a pound of locally roasted coffee, and cream in the fridge greeted us. The property is beautiful and you hardly notice a neighbor. The Village of Warwick is where we spent most of our time. This is a small town and it was great to see that everyone in the cafe knew each other. We’ll be staying here again!

Beautiful property near Monroe & Warwick

This home has everything you need for a great stay; large bedrooms with good beds and televisions; nice kitchen with quality glassware and dishes; tons of pans we didn’t use; coffee maker (stocked); nice full size washer and dryer; lovely deck, partially covered with fan; big den with huge TV over fireplace; music room; games; big yard with wandering turkeys from up the road. Very close to Renaissance Faire, although attending same was voted down. 😱 close to AT trailhead. Nice enough to live in and super nice to rent.

Peaceful and Relaxing Home

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The property looked exactly as portrayed on the website. The home is located in a beautiful and quiet location and we spent a good deal of time on the outside deck. The kitchen came fully equipped with everything one would need. The bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent. The bed mattresses were very comfortable. The only recommendations I would make is to oil the ceiling fans because they squeak when operating and fix the bathtub drain in bathroom 2 upstairs because it drains very slowly.

Place was very well appointed and comfortable accommodations. Disappointed that the outside grill was not functionable for grilling and that the whirlpool tub in the master suite was also not functionable. Two key elements that would have gotten it a 5 star.

Family ski trip

This was such a lovely, warm and comfortable house. Andrea was so accommodating when we wanted to add a day. Thank you. The children especially enjoyed the sledding in the back yard while the adults enjoyed the steaks on the grill. Anything we wanted or needed was there. We will be back!

Weekend Reunion

This property allowed friends of over 40 years to gather from all over the east coast. Comfortable, well appointed, excellent ammenities, beautiful deck and woods- all were conducive for our gathering. We cooked and ate together in a large dining room and enjoyed our time communing on the back deck. Greenwood lake is not too far for some lake fun and sun.

Beautiful, peaceful escape

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. We came with our family (our 2 year old and 9 month old) as well as my sister and her wife and their one year old. From the minute we walked in, we felt welcome and relaxed. The smallest touches, like Beekman 1812 lotion and water in the fridge, made such a huge difference. The weather was terrible (1000 degrees and humid) so we didn’t want to do too much outdoors, but were very happy just spending time in the house. The backyard, including the grill, was lovely and cool. The kitchen had excellent knives and pots and pans, which made cooking a real pleasure. We loved the dining room and cozy couch. The house was large, clean and every detail was thought of. We needed to bring a few things for the babies, such as a high chair and pack and play, and wish we had brought a travel gate for the stairs- but everything else was perfect. We even had a small issue that was our fault and when we got in touch with Andrea, she was nothing but lovely and gracious. Town was cute, about 15 minutes away. There was also a great ice cream place and cute farmers markets. We would absolutely recommend and stay again!

Winter Weekend Getaway

Our entire experience was top notch. The owners went above and beyond, from the informative welcome text/ reference binder/goodies basket, to the cleanliness and beautiful decor, and the high tech smart house features. Best of all was their availability and warmth when we texted and called them throughout our stay. Scenic views and located near Mount Peter Ski Area, many hiking trails/parks, and your pick of great restaurants. We're hoping to enjoy another long weekend here in the summer or fall!

Wonderful weekend getaway from NYC

We had a lovely time at this beautiful house. We enjoyed the deck, the backyard, and the comfortable living spaces indoors. It was exceptional and Andrea was a wonderful host who would respond quickly to any questions. I am a self-proclaimed neat freak and this house was tidy, organized and spotless. We even went on a nearby hike and to a local ice cream spot and had a great time. Difficult to leave.

Warwick Retreat was WONDERFUL!!

Everyone was THRILLED with the home, often repeating this home was beyond our wildest expectations. The luxury, appointments, location were all exceptional. Our family uses rental properties frequently to get together for various occasions and vacations, and this was BY FAR the best property we have stayed in! This property is convenient to local attractions, shopping and outdoor activities. If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay in the Lower Hudson/Orange County region, absolutely stay at this property.

Most amazing

House is incredible, the pics and descriptions don’t do it justice. It is fully stocked, top of the line appliances, furniture, bedding, towels etc. 8 of us stayed here during Xmas and felt very at home. House is well laid out, with the 3 bedrooms upstairs (master on its own side) and a comfortable Murphy bedroom on the mail level. Owners thought of everything (including bedside plugs for phones). Kitchen was incredible. Laundry room was convenient. Owners could very well price this substantially higher ... beyond highly recommended.
