First room the tv didn't work. Second room the heater made such a loud noise was hard to keep on. Toilet seat was broken. There was NO breakfast and coofee was there but absolutely no cream or sugar. The security deposit was taken and I expected to get it back upon leaving. Waiting up to 7 days is unacceptable.

Has bed bugs employee that was working was trying to be helpful no reach out from the manager and if it wasn’t 3 am during a snow storm would’ve left immediately
