There was nothing we didn't like about this property. Check-in was quick and simple. The room was beautiful, spacious and immaculate as well as very private and quiet. It had every amenity you could possibly need. The breakfast was delicious with homemade quiche and cranberry, butternut squash bread. It was worth every penny - actually felt underpriced. We will definitely stay there again and will absolutely recommend it to anyone who asks. Thank you to David, the owner, who was extremely professional, courteous and welcoming.
The Tin Brook Inn was wonderful as always. David is an excellent proprietor and is very understanding when we have delays in our travel issues. The rooms are so clean. We got the Pear tree room this time, and it was so cozy and perfect for our weekend stay. Breakfast is included, and made on site by the staff. It's like a home away from home, and I highly recommend it. The gift shop also offers holiday items and handmade decor. There's something in the shop for everyone , and it is such a wonderful atmosphere overall.
David was great, extremely helpful and accommodating. The room was clean, well stocked with amenities, quiet, and comfortable. Overall had a wonderful stay!
Nice place, good breakfast and a very friendly owner - David - who runs the place.
The only disadvantage is the traffic that can sometimes be a little noisy.
We booked this B&B on short notice and reserved the Apple suite. This king suite was tastefully decorated, immaculately clean and contained a full kitchen!
Our host David reached out to me via text to confirm our arrival time, was able to easily send us links to many local restaurants as well as the wi-fi information.
Breakfast was french toast with fresh fruit for me and a quiche for my wife. Both were delicious.
Overall a wonderful experience and a great value.
Very nice. The bed was so comfortable. The bathroom looked brand new! Impeccably clean. Quiet. Great, made to order breakfast. Great host. We would definitely stay there again!
I stumbled on a hidden gem while visiting the Hudson Valley. The rooms were spacious and very clean. I was in the Strawberry room and it was decorated with new furniture and appliances. You entered into a living and full kitchen area then went into a spacious bedroom with a comfortable king bed. David the owner and manager was more than hospitable staying up late to accommodate my late arrival. I had to leave early before breakfast and David fixed up a âcare packageâ so I would have something to eat in the morning. There was a coffee maker in the room so I had coffee too! If you are in the area of Walden/ Newburg NY and are tired of cookie cutter motels, give the Tin Brook Bed and Breakfast a call and enjoy the hidden gem I found.
This was a convenient stop-over for us on our trip from Maine to Florida. The accommodations are adequate but cannot compare to the old concept of B&B as we knew it in the 1990s.
Super clean, cozy room with up-to-date amenities including in-room fridge, big screen tv, easily accessible microwave. David, the host, was great, with breakfast prepared to order each day. Cute gift shop. The road noise didnât bother me (I ran the air conditioner) but be aware that the Inn is on a state highway and traffic can get a bit loud at times. Still, I would definitely stay here again.
