The property is in a great location, have ever you do need advanced driving skills and a lot of luck to capture one of 3 available car parks (for over 16 Units) The walls are paper thin, and you do get entertained with the going's on of the units on the same level. We were particularly interested in the 10.00pm rambles of one drunk husband that choose to tell his wife about his feeling with lots of colorful expletives for about an hour and a half. I said to my wife that we a probably getting what we paid for until she told me what we were paying! Not good enough for the premium we were charged with low quality flooring, cupboards and bathroom fittings. The vanity sink was not even secured to the vanity cupboard. Not good enough to what was advertised.

Check in was at 3 pm which is already late ,didn’t get in to 4 pm ,then at exactly 10 am knocking at door wanting to clean room , WOW

I assumed with an apartment it would have parking, but no, I guess that one’s on me. We had to park on the street or a small shopping car park all had timed parking. Toilet seat was broken, they were going to send someone to fix it but they never turned up. Wardrobe door was off and behind the couch and there were no coat hangers.

Disappointing and dangerous

This apartment was not at all suitable for our needs. In the room details it stated that it was wheelchair accessible. Due to my husbands limited mobility and use of a walker this was essential for us. When we arrived at the apartments we were shocked to find the only access to our apartment was via 2 sets of arrow steep stairs with no hand rails to the top level. My husband had to climb on his hands and knees to reach the top level. I had to carry our bags and his walker up the stairs. As the floor was’ t clean, he was quite grubby on reaching the top. There is no onsite reception access is remotely operated. The premises is difficult to locate and parking is in a nearby shopping centre carpark. This place is entirely unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues or some frailty for carrying luggage a distance. One of two ceiling lights didn’t work, the toilet roll holder was falling off the wall. There was a long hair not belonging to us in the bed.

Booking got cancelled and then when they re-booked it I never received codes and couldn't get into my apartment even though they had sent the codes multiple times I never received them

Had to call property twice to get check in details. Room very clean and tidy but very noisy. Could hear everything from the room above, including for steps. The apartments walls are very thin and outside lights left on all night. Had to put towels over windows at across bottom of door to stop bright lights coming into room
