Great Stay, Great Location

This 2 bdr/2 bath beach house was perfectly situated. It was a few minutes walk to the beach and even less to groceries and restaurants. Our family of five appreciated the amenities like beach toys, boogie boards, and beach chairs. And it’s only a 25 minute drive to Disneyland.

Property parking- has parking garage but very hard to have two cars as the upstairs also is allowed one parking space. A truck will not fit. Other parking is limited as you have to park on the street. Checkin- does not allow early checkin and did not receive the checkin notice and had to call/chat to get assistance. maintenance assistant was outstanding friendly, and eager to assist with TV and some complication with the door lock. housekeeping/cleaning- this was OK floor was very sticky and dirty and couldn’t find the mob or broom to clean myself. Somethings could use a good cleaning, but it could just be me being a clean freak. most rentals will have some extra cooking spices oil and or coffee. In this case there was absolutely nothing but old seasoning no salt no oil no coffee. so best suggestion. Make sure you do you shopping and get your essentials before you arrive. amazing neighbors on the corner. Very pleasant. Upstairs tenants you can hear walking around so beware not too bad, but wanted to point that out. overall great experience with the family as it was walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

Fun girls trip

Good location, 1 block to grocery store and some restaurants. Walking distance to pier shops. You do have to cross a busier road to get to the beach which might be hard with kids but it was just fine for us. It was nice to have some beach equipment to use. Large living room to hang out in that opens to patio with sliding doors. I would stay here again.

Really enjoyed out stay!

The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. They left us a small bottle of dish soap and a brand new sponge which we really appreciated and didn't expect. It was a short walk to the beach and we really enjoyed the patio. We got text before check in w from the person we were supposed to contact if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, good rental, easy entry process Parking and washer dryer was an excellent bonus. Adequately stocked kitchen pots and pans. Will stay here again.

I spoke to Derick on Sunday who said he would talk to the management to get me compensation, but I haven't heard back yet. I have rented vacation rentals several times and nothing was as bad as this rental. We lost power every single day we were here. Day one lost power because the breaker tripped using only the microwave. I called and could not get thru to anyone and could not find the breaker box till the next day when I got help. Day 2 all power went out from p g e working on the street. _we were brought candles)Day 3 to 8 every single day we lost power trying to use the microwave we lost power at least 6 times a day. We could not use the stove even though it was gas because there was not enough kick to start the stove with a lighter. We could not cook food, or make coffee. I had to take my post surgery meds with food and I couldn't. I rented this house because I came down to have surgery, I could not rest one single day while here. I had to walk in the dark with surgical drains coming out of my chest several times. On our last night here Izzy brought us a microwave, he was nice trying to rectify the situation but he could not fix the problem as this house needs an electrician. We found garbage by the couch, beer cans in the fire place, the bathroom shower tile walls were slimy, cigarette burns in the throw blanket for the couch. not clean at all. There were 10 people staying up stairs weds I could not rest because every time they slammed the door. It made the head board to the bed shake, so I had to sleep on the couch sitting up for 4 nights. And the last renters upstairs on our last 2 days partying sounding like drunks was falling down constantly after 0100am. I'm sure upstairs renters were not making noise on purpose. That was just an annoyance, the great inconvience was the daily power outage. This was the most ridiculous rental situation I have ever experienced. We brought enough food to last us the whole 9 days but we had to eat out most days due to the power we did not have money for that. My husband had to pull our car out of the garage and park it on the street for fear the kids Will scratch it running around the garage On Friday night we put the car back in the garage after the 2nd renters left on saturday morning my husband could not go get me water or food because the garage door would NOT open due to power failure, thank god he didn't need to run me back to the hospital The pge company was a problem for one day this Breaker pr

Great Beach Location!

The house is walking distance to many restaurants and shopping choices. It's a block from the beach where you can see a beautiful sunset nightly, walk the boardwalk for ice cream in the afternoon and get donuts in the morning. It was a challenge the first day getting situated. We had to call the property manger for information that is usually found in a typical property stay information binder Here are some examples: How to turn the tv on (great tech guy sent out a few days into our stay to fix it) how to get the fire to start (I had to buy my own lighter), delivery of more towels needed because used towels were still in the bathroom from the last stay, where is the clothes washer (found it on the way out on our fourth day in the garage behind a door) and the kitchen supplies were sufficient but felt like leftover dishes from college. It was just my husband and me for most of the stay so the seating areas was fine. IA few of our grown kids joined us one day and there just wasn't any place to sit comfortably and gather. . I can't imagine having anymore than 2 people in the place for a longer time. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We walked to coffee and breakfast in the morning and dinner at night. It was quiet and we had parking in a garage which was so nice with the rainy weather. I appreciated the quick responses from the property manager company to help make the stay memorable!

Good clean place. Close to everything..shops, pavillion, restaurants, boradwalk. Plenty of room.

Loved everything. Only drawback (out of owners hands) had alot of stomping above us. People in 2nd floor had heavy step and moving furniture around at 5am.. going up and down stairs. Too noisy. Was hard to "sleep in" during my vacation

Fine for a short stay while visiting Disneyland

The home is in a great location for beach access and has all the necessities. Cleanliness could be better- white socks did not stay white walking in floor. There were old stains on the white fitted sheet in the master. Kitchen/living area furniture is “tired”. Management was very responsive to inquiries about the property.
