No toilet paper. Bathroom and kitchen sink don't drain.

I didn't like anything. The reason we chose this hotel is because it was close to the airport and we had a flight the next day. My husband had stayed at an Extended stay america in the past, however, not at this one. He said it was ok for a night stay. This location was disgusting. Our room windows were left open, the room smelled like cigarettes and marijiuana, and when we opened the bed the sheets hadn't been changed. They were dirty and had loose hairs! DISGUSTING.

I did not like that the room was not properly cleaned. The floors had not been properly swept and mopped. The room had a "wet dog" smell. The curtains were stained and filthy. It was a disappointment.

Bare bones, but clean and convenient. We had some loud tv neighbors up all night. Staff was friendly.

Been using Expedia for flights for 20 years. I don't know what kind of dope deal Expedia has with Extended Stay, but I am done with Expedia. In a hurry, paid $240 online for a room I figured should have been around $100. Checked in. Trash bags, someones sock, other trash scattered in the hall on the way to the room. In the room, turned down the bed to find rice!?! plastic and dirt on the sheets. No blanket. I stripped the bed, I got new sheets and blanket, I made the bed. It was to late for us to change hotels. No shampoo. No soap. Microwave had melted cheese on the turntable. WTH! Next morning, trash bags, trash and sock still in hall. Breakfast?!? was litteraly a chocolate cupcake and weak coffee. Should have paid $80 at Motel 6. Goodbye. Never again!

The staff were nice, but they just seemed short staffed. I had to wait about half an hour to check-in and then my key card didn't work. The elevator smelled of weed and there seemed to be this weird balance of people staying for a night versus people that were living there. Old clothes were left in the bathroom and it just seemed really run down.
