Great stay/Location
Publié le 10 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property is in a perfect location. Contruction outside wasn't as bad as other reviews stated. The views were amazing. Sofa is incredibly comfortable. Outdoor furniture needs updated as they feel like they're about to fall apart, and cleaning crew wasn't out of the unit until 4:20, when check-in is at 4:00 so our parking spot was not available, and they had just mopped so the whole floor was very wet until it dried upon arrival. Outside of all that, overall very satisfied and perfect location.

Weekend getaway
Publié le 7 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayIt's a lovely unit with a fabulous ocean view but there's a current issue. It's close to fun shops, restaurants, and the Balboa ferry. The unit is directly over the bike lanes. Our grandchildren had a marvelous time riding scooters and bikes along the many inviting pathways. I was surprised and disappointed the advertisement didn't mention the ongoing construction project below the unit. Monday morning jackhammers and construction equipment began early. We would have chosen a different location or at least expected a discount if informed. I hope for the sake of honesty the noise is mentioned for future guests. We had a wonderful time and look forward to renting a unit again.

Great location and view

There is construction in front of the condo, which was a little noisy.

Super Great Property!
Publié le 27 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe LOVED staying here with our family of 5. The add doesn't do it justice. It's literally steps from everything you could want or need. It's right on the 3 mile bike/walking path which is super fun, and of course right on the beach!! Highly recommend this for anyone looking to stay near all the action.

Publié le 23 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayPlace was overall really nice! Only drawback was that there wasn’t much heat! Hester in living room did not work land neither did the one in the master bedroom! Very chilly!
