We had 4 senior adults join us for dinner and conversation. The furnishings - table for only 4, uncomfortable couches - do not really accommodate this type of group visit. Recommend furniture upgrade/rearrangement.

This property accommodates two adults to stay over night per contract. And probably 2 additional people for visits only. 6 people is out of the capacity of a one bedroom accommodation. Thank you for your comments though.

Publié le 10 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayEverything about our stay was wonderful! The place was beautiful, comfortable ( bed was great) and nice quiet location. We would definitely stay here for our next trip to visit our daughter.

Amazing and cozy stay
Publié le 12 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayThis property is the perfect weekend getaway. Great location right off Marguerite ave with a 10min walk to coffee shops, local restaurants and Corona Del Mar beach. The unit is in perfect condition - very clean and cozy. 10/10 experience would stay again.

Publié le 12 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe traveled to the west coast for our son’s wedding. He lives in Irvine and the wedding was in Laguna Beach. This beautiful property was convenient to all and is walkable to shops, dining, and the beach!
The apartment is exactly as presented, the property owner answered the few questions we had promptly, and the bedding was very confortable (this is at the top of our checklist!).
We would highly recommend this VRBO property if you are in the area or as a destination.

There is a coffee maker, but we loved walking to Zinc Cafe every morning for coffee. We absolutely loved the neighborhood. Linens and pillows were wonderful. Great water pressure in the shower. We’ll definitely stay there again!

Great 1 BR property
Publié le 22 nov. 2022 sur HomeAwayEverything about the property was great. The location is just a couple of block from PCH and a lot of restaurants. It's a beautiful 15 minute walk to the beach. The homes in CDM are all very close together and most are attached so I was surprised at how quiet it was. I rarely heard any outside noise and any that I did was during the day. The home was clean and really comfortable. I wanted to stay longer!
