I like the rooms and staff.i don't like that they wash our lining and give it back there should be more towels and wash clothes and sheets to provide guest when needed

Both rooms had roaches, one room had no microwave and fridge was warm, bo wash clothes in rooms, sofa bed had crumbs, staff was very friendly but hotel was not uo to par.

I wish I would have read reviews before booking. We just needed a clean place to stay while we visited Busch Gardens and I always book a place with breakfast because it easier than trying to get the kids out to a restaurant in the morning. There was dirt on our sheets in the made beds, the furniture was not clean, the floors were just swept in the main walkways but not around the walls or under/near furniture, and the 2nd night we found a german roach crawling up the wall. Their "breakfast" is just snacks of prepackaged muffins, oatmeal packets and snack bars on a tray in the lobby and that is it. We could have stayed somewhere much nicer for what I paid and with a full breakfast.

It was terrible bugs and stains everywhere stunk could only stay half the night had to leave couldn’t sleep cause of bugs crawling on me and everywhere won’t never go back
