It would have been helpful to have clearer details about arrival especially for arrivals after 5pm as the website suggested there would be a problem if we didn't communicate a later arrival time in advance. I arrived later than expected and was really worried I wouldn't be able to get in- once I discovered where to collect the key from it was fine. Could have saved some stress if this was clearer. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would visit again.

we were upgraded and didnt ask for this, so we were pleasantly suprised at the level of comfort and just like a house with all mod cons,spotlessly clean and everything seemed new so would highly recommend and the beaches nearby were all beautiful, our dogs had a great time.we will be back and so glad we discovered this beautiful part of cornwall.nothing bad to say about the place.
