The only good thing about this property is that it was clean. Most of the staff was unfriendly with a pissed off look on their faces. They were not welcoming either. You pretty much have to figure everything out in this hotel. There’s staff around but it seems like you’re in this hotel on your own.
There’s a resort fee and a fee for accidentals, which was deducted from my card. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

Very nice hotel. The beach property needs some attention though and should be developed. A lot of the visitors came to Aruba to enjoy the world famous beaches and not stay on the swimming area thoughout their stay. Overall the staff were very friendly except for the consierge. The hotel is specifically located where you can walk to the restaurants but distanced enough that you can enjoy the quiet also

Large beautiful pool area, outstanding breakfast, new, clean hotel situated between the high rises and low rises. An easy walk both ways. 10 minute walk to Eagle Beach.
Small beach area across the street can use.

Overall a beautiful, clean, and safe hotel. Most of the staff were polite and accommodating. Janet (mgmt.), security, and pool staff were all excellent. We had to switch rooms twice due to leaking under the kitchen sink and clogging of the bathroom sink. Bartenders were unpleasant which was a huge disappointment considering the high amount we paid for our stay to enjoy complimentary drinks. Breakfast was great. Not a lot of free activities and beverage fountains should stay on for guests throughout the day/eve, not just during breakfast. Would visit again, but hesitant.
