The Gameroom has everything you will need while visiting the University. 3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths. Luxury mattresses, pillow & sheets ensure a great night of sleep. Plush towels & washcloths will make you want to come back again! 2 pull out couches, Xbox, darts, ping pong table, cornhole and fire pit make this your home away from home! Our trip to the Gameroom was great. Checkin was easy, the house was clean and comfortable and it was perfect for our needs. We especially appreciated the fenced in yard for our small dog, the quiet neighborhood for walks and the Xbox for our bored teen son. The house was well stocked and comfortable. The family room and bedrooms were comfy after long days of moving our daughter back into OU. Were were really happy we choose this house instead of a hotel and will be back.

Wish I found this one earlier!

We were in Norman moving daughter home from college after graduation and stayed at the Gameroom. This was easily the cleanest, best maintained house and property of all that we have rented in our many stays in Norman. The ping pong table and Xbox were a hit with my 18yo son and the beds were so comfortable!

Great location for graduation

this house was a great location for Graduation at OU. Very walkable to campus and ceremonies that we had to attend. The only negative was that one of the showers was not really usable because the water leaked out of the the pipe before the shower head. Also, the house was a bit of an eyesore. The grass was about a foot long. We wanted to have an outdoor picnic but because the grass was so long, we had to stick to the patio only. The grass was finally mowed the day before we left (a little too late tor the picnic). I would stay there again- I did notify the host of the shower issue so hopefully that will get fixed.

Close to campus, great backyard

We loved staying here! Check in & out was easy, the bed was very cozy with nice linens, bathrooms well stocked with towels & toiletries. The gameroom was fun, living room was very comfortable, good nice dining room table. Our favorite spot was the backyard! We had perfect weather during our visit & spent most of our time in the backyard when we were at the house. We would definitely stay here again!

Property has a great location close to campus and easy parking. Floor was damaged in spots, cracks in walls, ping pong table was in really rough shape. Overall the property was comfortable and well located but lacked some of the basic ammenities that are typically provided in most properties, such as toiletries and other essentials
