AC blew air but never got cool at all. Rooftop bar and restaurant are great! Worst thing of all is a motion detector in the bathroom that turns on all the lights to bright! Aweful idea! There’s already a nice night light in there. No need to wake everyone up by blaring lights in your face that you Can’t control at 2 am!! Worst idea Ever!!

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. The rooftop lounge was everything!

Property was nice. Very clean rooms. Staff were great and walking distance for food choices.

I stayed here several years ago and the service was not nearly as good. We enjoyed our stay this time.

I really liked the property, however, I do wish the $100 pet fee for incidentals was disclosed upfront upon booking the room. It may be an abrupt inconvience for other guest when they check-in. However, the dining facility, parking garage, and staff were 10/10. I would definitely recommend others to stay here if visiting Augusta, GA or hosting a business event here potentially.
