"We stayed at Oceanfront Suites at Cowichan Bay for a weekend getaway, as all hotels in the Victoria Harbour were fully booked. We stayed at this hidden gem, the rooms, amenities, and sizing of the room was perfect (especially since there was a full on Living Room suite along with a kitchen to cook meals). The gym had up to date equipment with a bench press and all the free weights, as well as a nice clean pool. The view from the rooms/suites was beautiful, and it was definitely nice to go out there in the early mornings to have your coffee or lounge outside in the evenings on your patio. The only thing that was a dealbreaker was the hotel breakfast option was mediocre, the hashbrowns were burnt, and other breakfast items were average. Other than that, the staff were very helpful and professional, the people living in the area or staying in the hotel were very friendly. It was a quiet neighborhood, no botheration whatsoever and no sketchy people hovering around. Keep up the amazing work! "

"This was a great place to stay. It served as a good home base from some family that we have both north and south on the island. The only real drawback is if you want to do anything in town it's about a 5 minute drive, nothing major, but you're definitely not walking to the beach from this hotel."
