The Space:

Salt air drifts through the open balcony door before you've even had your first coffee. The Pacific sits just beyond the garden, and the pool catches the morning light while the rest of the world is still waking up. This is Nuevo Vallarta at its most unhurried - a waterfront condo in the Aria Ocean complex built for two guests who came here to slow down.



The space

The entire condo is yours for the duration of your stay, set within the new tower of the Aria Ocean complex. It's a single-level home laid out simply and comfortably for two - one bedroom, one bed, one bathroom. The private entrance and keypad self check-in mean arrival is smooth and on your own schedule. Cleanliness is a priority before every stay, and fumigation is performed before and after each reservation. Should insects appear during your stay - as they occasionally do in tropical climates - additional fumigation can be arranged. Repellent is recommended for time outdoors, particularly near the beach.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is a calm, straightforward retreat with provided bed linens. Hangers and an iron are available, useful for longer trips or arrivals with a carry-on.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is set up for guests who want the option to cook in. You'll find a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, drip coffee maker, blender, dishes and silverware, and a dining table. It's a self-sufficient setup suited to quiet breakfasts and easy evenings at home.



Outdoor living & shared amenities

Step outside onto your private patio or balcony, furnished with outdoor seating and an outdoor dining area - a natural spot to watch the garden below or feel the sea breeze at the end of the day. The building offers shared access to an outdoor pool and a nearby beach. Common areas are maintained by the condominium administration.



Comfort & convenience

Central air conditioning keeps the space comfortable year-round. Wifi and a TV are available for downtime, and an in-unit washer and dryer handle laundry without the need to leave. The building has elevator access, and free parking is available in the garage on premises, subject to availability.



Good to know

A few practical details worth noting before you arrive. Electricity consumption is tracked by meter - a kilowatt allowance will be shared with you after booking, and usage beyond that allowance is billed at $5 pesos per additional kilowatt. The cleaning fee covers pre- and post-stay cleaning only and does not include mid-stay cleaning or laundry service. A paid crib is available if needed. Nuevo Vallarta is an active and growing destination - daytime construction noise may be present in the area.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The apartment is located on floor no._7_ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app.

In the home manual we give you the option to view our website in the "explore" section we give you options for transportation, as well as places you can visit to eat or buy items.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 2 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 10 * dlls extra per person per night.



-The accommodation has a capacity of __2__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.

-The maintenance and administration of the common areas of the condominium are not under the management of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation.





-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
